The university’s academic programs are organized into faculties and divisions. Our departments, colleges, and centres and institutes provide further support for study and research into focused areas. There are three graduate schools, seven faculties and six colleges in the Igdir University. The University’s Academic Governance Structure is headed by the Senate. The Senate is the academic authority of the University which is responsible for promoting the academic work of the University in teaching, learning, and research and enterprise.

Our university provides an environment for intercultural dialogue having many students coming from different countries. By means of Erasmus and Mevlana Exchange programme, we have incoming and outgoing students and researchers. We also organize many conferences and congresses to promote the human rights, peace and prosperity of the people . We are willing to cooperate with national and international research and educational institutions. One of our priorities is to give higher education opportunity for interested individual.

Vimala College (Autonomous) Thrissur, affiliated to the University of Calicut is a government aided Arts, Science and Commerce College established in 1967. Ever since its inception, the Institution has been in the forefront of higher education in the State. UNIBRA has approximately 28,000 students distributed in its undergraduate and postgraduate courses. It has two academic campuses and a central library with over 40,000 volumes and an auditorium, a third will open in January 2020 and campus four is under construction. UNIP has a multi-camp structure consisting of 28 campuses with approximately 200,000 students. The Academy Impact initiative will be bound (but not limited to) the Biological Sciences course which has approximately 3500 students. UNIP will link the development and monitoring of activities to the undergraduate course in Biological Sciences, which will establish a research interface with the course of Environmental and Experimental Pathology (stricto sensu), applying the interface between teaching and research in the institution.

The Paulista University - UNIP, according to its prerogatives, and based on the principles of UNAI, carries out relevant research focused on the theme of sustainability. As an example, we recently evaluated the water quality in the reservoir of the city of Sao Paulo, a relevant issue in the face of the recent water crisis in this region (https://doi.org/10.1016/j.ecoenv.2018.06.00).
