It is the only four-year institution of higher education in the 6 million acre Adirondack Park in upstate New York and focuses on innovative experiential education. UNIVASF is an institution linked to the Ministry of Education of Brazil that was created by Law no. 10473 of June 27, 2002, starting to work two years latter.
