United Nations invites young scientists for input to Global Sustainable Development Report

The United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs (DESA) is seeking input from scientists and researchers on science issues and solutions (emerging issues) for the Global Sustainable Development Report (GSDR).

The GSDR is a United Nations publication aiming to strengthen the science-policy interface at the High Level Political Forum (HLPF) on Sustainable Development, which replaced the Commission on Sustainable Development after Rio+20 as the main United Nations platform providing political leadership and guidance on sustainable development issues at the international level.

DESA is especially interested in reaching out to young scientists and researchers and those from educational institutions in developing countries. UNAI encourages its members and young scientists associated with them to actively consider providing input to the GSDR.
