Please provide a brief description of your academic structure: 
The Academic Structure of ILMA University in terms of faculties includes i. Faculty of Management Sciences; ii. Faculty of Computer Sciences; iii. Faculty of Science & Technology; iv. Faculty of Media & Design with four departments namely i. Department of Business Administration; Department of Computer Science; iii. Department of Software Engineering; iv. Department of Media Science respectively. The Faculties are headed by concerned Deans while the Departments are headed by Head of the Teaching Departments (HoTDs). The complete academic, financial & administrative autonomy is vested with its Statutory Bodies including a. Board of Governors; b. Academic Council; c. Selection Board, d. Finance & Planning Committee, e. Board of Advanced Studies & Research, f. Board of Faculties; g. Board of Studies & various other regulatory & departmental Committees which are responsible for effective internal governance of the University. The head of the institution is the Vice Chancellor who reports to the Chancellor &reported by Deans, HoTDs, Registrar, Controller of Examinations, Director Quality Assurance & Liaison, Directors & other administrative & teaching staff. Please describe briefly any activities your institution is already carrying out, which are relevant to UNAI and its principles: 
1. Addressing Poverty: Provision of need based scholarships to needy candidates on regular basis worth millions of rupees as of date 2. Capacity Building: the University is working relentlessly towards capacity building of higher education throughout the world through various MoUs with international Universities under faculty exchange programs followed by hosting & contributing in international research conferences in areas of global importance. 3. Education for all: The admissions are being offered without any discrimination with respect to gender, race, cast, colour, ethnicity and religion whatsoever. 4. Global Citizenship: Our vision is based on global perspective by formulating an educated society whose citizens can serve the international community in a dynamically distinct, professionally progressive and competitively environment. The same is evident from our hundreds of alumni who are being placed across the globe in industry & academia thereby contributing significantly in the capacity building of humanity. 5. Access to Higher Education: The University is committed to provide higher education opportunities to every person without any discrimination through various scholarships making its access easy for all. 6. Human Rights: The University is committed to provide every right to its students, faculty, staff and other stake holders by providing various platforms of expression where the individuals may exercise freedom of inquiry, opinion and speech under controlled environment and based on ethical guidelines laid down by the University. 7. Intercultural Dialogue: The University offers various courses to its students on International Relations with the objective of establishing intercultural dialogues & understanding for the development of nation & its economy through unlearning of intolerance. 8. Peace & Conflict Resolution: The University promotes peace and Conflict Resolution through various activities in collaboration with Rotary International whose one of the prime focused area is peace and conflict resolution. Also, the University organized mega International Peace Day and spreads awareness through different activities and informative material including seminars, workshops and talk shows etc. 9. Sustainability: The University organizes various research based activities that ensure acquisition and application of knowledge with skills required by citizens to play active roles in resolving global challenges through education. 10. United Nation Charter: The University has inherited United Nation Charter principles through its vision & mission statements since its inception.
